No two agents are the same, and the interfaces for managing them shouldn’t be either. Building AI agents has become accessible. The harder problem—the one nobody talks about—is designing the governance layer that sits on top of them: how you audit decisions, how you explain outcomes to regulators, and how you respond when the model is confidently wrong.
The institutions getting this right are not the ones with the most sophisticated models. They are the ones that built accountability infrastructure before deploying.
